The remodel of Bonton Farms’ coffee house takes its cues from the neighborhood’s cultural life and the warmth of a grandmother’s living room.  The intention is to carry that familiarity into a shared space through the mix of furniture, fabrics, art and music.  References to the farm appear in the simple metalwork, wood and patterned textiles, alongside softer, more personal touches.  A communal table and smaller seating areas make room for conversation and the everyday encounters that give a neighborhood place its soul.
