E      —RT is a Dallas based architecture and interiors practice.  We design homes, hospitality spaces, adaptive reuse projects, and places that feel rooted in their surroundings and shaped by the people who use them.

Every project starts the same way, by listening.  We spend time understanding the site, the building, the people, and the constraints before putting pen to paper.  The goal isn't to impose an idea.  It's to uncover the one that already belongs.

We work closely with engineers, fabricators, contractors, and craftspeople from the beginning, making sure ideas hold up as well in construction as they do on paper.   Depending on the project, that can mean shaping everything from the building itself to the interiors, furniture, lighting, and the details that make a place feel soulful.

We care about buildings that age well.  Regenerative strategies and thoughtful material choices aren't an afterthought.  They're integral to the design process from the very beginning.

This tenant finish-out for Maplewood Group, a local hospitality and retail General Contractor, reimagines the workplace with the sophistication of high-end hospitality.  A U-shaped bank of offices frames an open conference area and an open collaboration counter, balancing privacy with collective energy.  The volume is clad in plank panel system inspired by the meticulous detailing of refined minimalist millwork, while the private suites are conceived as a cabinet of offices; each one crafted with the precision and presence of fine cabinetry, elevating workspace into architecture.
